Every Suspect in Ben Glenroy's 'Only Murders in the Building' Season 3 Death

Many hypotheses about Only Murders in the Building season 3 have already been generated

by Ben Glenroy's death and the person responsible for his murder.

When audiences received a preview of Oliver's (Martin Short) play Death Rattle's opening night in the season 2 finale,

the riddle was first revealed. Ben (Paul Rudd) and Charles (Steve Martin) had an odd chat that suggested they were at odds.

A little while afterwards, Ben passed out on stage in what seemed to be a murder.

Ben was seen to be alive and well in the season 3 premiere, which provided a surprising storyline surprise.

He unexpectedly showed up to the Arconia and talked briefly about dying before leaving to get some rest.

Later that evening, Mabel (Selena Gomez), Oliver, and Charles witnessed Ben's lifeless body actually fall through the elevator ceiling.

Showrunner John Hoffman said of the August 2023 episode: "The part I liked the most is this twist on the classic murder-mystery thing,

where you have a room full of people - suspects, potentially - and here we have the victim himself going around the room and picking out potential suspects for our audience at home.

" Once Ben passes away in the Arconia, "and then it's a double twist that sets up our trio."
